I recently got this cover and I must say it is even better than I was expecting. Which is saying a lot with the great reviews here. Mine came with the cutout on the back for the Apple logo. I don't mind one way or the other, but found it funny that they'd do that.
The Case fits fantastically. I read all of the reviews and figured it would be snug, and it is. The cutouts all line up perfectly and the skin looks like it was molded right to the iPad.
The look is really better than I was expecting. The smoke color and swirling ovals on the back give it a retro-with-attitude look I am very pleased with.
The best part is the feel, which is slightly soft and sticky. There is no doubt the biggest worry of an iPad owner is dropping the thing. This skin makes that highly unlikely.
Protection is just want I wanted. The case will keep me from scratching my toy when I set it down a bit too roughly. And the lip around the upper bezel means I can lay it face down on a flat surface without worrying about scratching the screen.
The only con is that the iPad mini dock won't plug in with this case, however I got the Griffin A-Frame Tabletop Stand for iPad and really don't need the Apple dock anyway.
On the other hand, I bought Apple's blutooth wireless keyboard, so I didn't have to worry about the docking keyboard some people have.
All and all for this price I think every iPad owner should get this skin. If you are running your iPad commando, don't be a fool. Get this case and be safer.

I bought this case because while I'm pretty careful with my iPad when I set it down, I have 3 kids that are not. I'm the "gently set the iPad down on the table when I'm done" and my kids are the "Opps I dropped it/slid it across the table" type. So needless to say, I started researching covers. I wasn't keen on paying $50+, or 10% of what the whole iPad cost! just to buy a cover, so this was in the perfect price range ($7.00) for me. It fits perfectfy, looks sleek, and is a cross between silicon and rubber in terms of feel. Mine is totally covered in the back like the pic, no hole for the logo, which I prefer. It adds a bit of grip, which is good, cause a bare iPad can be slippery in certain hand holds.

Even though communication with the company over their shipping and tracking policies were less-than-ideal, the product arrived and was completley awesome for the money.
Fits like a glove, looks great and adds a layer of protection so the iPad doesn't slide around.
Saves the unit from scratches, and generally makes it easier to hold.
There is no screen protector with this version, but I wasn't looking for that anyway.
All the inputs and outputs are revealed perfectly.
Bravo! Maybe I'll buy a second before they double the price.

As a protector of the iPad and making it non-slip, it is very good. But the fit for the screen protector (comes with only 1) with the cover, it is just OK. It prevents docking with the external keyboard. You must take the cover off to dock- that is a bummer. Once you put this cover on your iPad, you better think about throwing away your external keyboard. Ask Apple to make their future keyboard with adjustable connector position.

This case fits very well and is made of a very good silicone. It gives me just enough grip that I worry a lot less about it slipping from my fingers. I'm not sure it would protect it from a drop of more than just setting it down hard on a table, but the aid in grip is well worth it.
